This Privacy Policy applies to the CommeUnJeu application and all its services, including the website (commeunjeu.org), mobile applications (Android, iOS), and social media integrations (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). CommeUnJeu is a math education platform designed for public use by students, parents, and educators worldwide. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, including children under 13. This policy describes the data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: If you choose social login, we receive only your name and email from the provider. We do not access your contacts, photos, or any other account data.
• Google Gemini (AI grading): When you submit a photo for AI grading, the image is sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Stripe (payments): Credit card data is handled entirely by Stripe. We only receive confirmation of payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• TikTok: CommeUnJeu publishes educational math videos to TikTok via the TikTok API. We do not collect any personal data from TikTok users. The TikTok integration is used solely to distribute educational content. See TikTok's privacy policy.
• YouTube / Instagram / Facebook: CommeUnJeu publishes educational videos to these platforms. No personal data from viewers on these platforms is collected by CommeUnJeu.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

CommeUnJeu may be used by children under 13. We take the following precautions:

• We do not collect more data than necessary for the educational service.
• We do not display advertising or use data for targeted advertising.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not use tracking, analytics cookies, or behavioral profiling.
• A parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purposes described.

6. Data Retention

Your account data and learning progress are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Access to the server is restricted. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (for EU/EEA users) and applicable laws, you have the right to:
